Classes & private fees are to be paid before the 1st of each month. A late penalty fee of $25 will be applied after the 3rd.
Cards on File will be charged the 22nd of each month for the month upcoming.

To makeup missed classes, you can makeup in any class offerred to your level & age group &/ or our open studio hours. Open studio hours will be held once we approach our semi annual shows.
Makeup hours for classes missed are intended to be made up before the last day of the CREATE COMPLEX calendar year (September 2021-June 18, 2022)
SUMMER INTENSIVES are NON-REFUNDABLE but are transferrable to another summer intensive week during the same summer session only.
CDA [CREATE DANCE ACADEMY] is a 10 month dedication & attendance is required.
CYOB [CREATE YOUR OWN BAND] is a 10 month dedicaion & attendance is required.
studio etiquette
Our time with our students is extremely valuable. It is for their benefit and growth to be 100% focused during the duration of their classes. With this in mind, please drop off and pick up before and after posted class times.
Ages 7 & Up, please arrive 5-15 minutes early to prepare mentally and physically for classes. Please stay in the lobby and do not pass through the main studio until after the current class has finished. You may prepare in our lobby.
Snacks and water are to be kept away from the main dance floor. Instructors will verbalize when it is appropriate to take breaks throughout classes.
Dancers are to place their things in the space between the main dance floor and the bathroom. This area is to be kept clear of dancers during classes.
Parents with younger performers, please be mindful of the space, as there are small items in our lobby store "Twilight"
